What’s that smell…?

When unpacking your Flyga shirt or hoodie, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual—it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Most Flyga items are printed Direct-to-Garment, which results in a softer, more vibrant print as opposed to screen printing. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

Long story short: Don’t worry! Any smell or residue should completely disappear after the first wash!

Do you take returns?

Yup! We accept returns within 45 days of the delivery date for all unworn, unwashed items. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a unique code which can be used for Flyga store credit.

How long does shipping take?

For US purchasers, most orders should arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on the contents of the order and the shipping destination. International orders typically arrive between 8-11 business days, however, we’ve found that there are never any guarantees when dealing with international post. lol. (i.e. we will never, ever attempt to mail home a package from Italy ever again.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We charge a flat $7.50 to ship to Canada, $10 to the UK, and $15 to other international destinations. All items ship from the USA, and the buyer assumes responsibility for any and all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

My garment arrived damaged, what should I do?

Every once in awhile, an order may arrive damaged. That’s not your fault though—so we’ll do everything we can to get a new one to you as quickly as possible! Snap a few photos of the damage, as well as the packing slip, and send them to us at customerservice@flyga.shop within a week of delivery, and we’ll get it sorted!

How often do you drop new pieces?

All the time. Make sure to follow us on Instagram @flyga.shop and like our Facebook page to keep up to date with what’s on. We’re currently finishing up our upcoming Fall/Winter collection, although we’ll probably drop a few other standalone pieces between now and then as well.

What’s your favorite country?!

Countries are like kids. You can’t pick favorites. But let's be real—every parent has favorite kids. And we have favorite countries. We love almost everywhere we’ve been. But we’re especially fond of England, Sweden, Ukraine, South Korea, Hong Kong… and of course the USA.

Where are y’all from?

We’re happy and proud to call America home—specifically Phoenix. It’s a dry heat. And the tacos are to die for. You can find tasty Italian, American, Indian, Asian food—literally anywhere on earth. In every little small town we’ve ever been to on Earth, somehow, there’s always at least a janky Chinese takeout that scratches the itch.

But Mexican food? Outside of NYC, the American Southwest, and Mexico—it’s never good. We’re constantly looking. We’re constantly let down. One time, after four months without Mexican food, we hoped that the Taco Bell in Málaga would do the trick. Oh… it did a trick. Knocked us out with food poisoning for three straight days. We ran out of toilet paper on a Sunday. It was the perfect storm.
