Returns + Exchanges

Need to make a return or exchange? No problem! We want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our return policy:

  • Returns must be made within 45 days of delivery.

  • Returned item must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Item can be exchanged for a different size or for Flyga Shop Credit.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • To initiate a return, email customerservice@flyga.shop, and we’ll send you instructions for where to ship your return.

Damaged Goods

Upon receiving your order, if you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, or there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of it ASAP! Within 7 days of delivery, email us pictures of any damage, as well as your packing slip, and we’ll make sure to make it right!
